Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its energy and project finance practice. The role focuses on power project development and transactions, including project finance, power purchasing/marketing matters, construction and procurement, and related tax and regulatory work.

The ideal candidate will have a portable practice and demonstrated client development ability across energy (including renewables), infrastructure projects, or power markets. The team handles complex, multi-disciplinary deals for sponsors, lenders, and counterparties.

Partner-level experience in project finance, energy transactions, or related corporate work
Strong background in construction/procurement, power purchase/marketing, or renewable energy transactions
Familiarity with tax and regulatory issues affecting energy projects
Proven client development and relationship management; portable practice preferred
Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) required
