The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling energy transactions and regulatory work, with familiarity with federal energy regulators preferred. This is a lateral partner hire; a portable practice is expected and will be a key consideration.

Senior-level experience (generally 10+ years) in energy regulatory and transactional work
Background in renewables and project-related transactions preferred
Experience with federal energy regulators (e.g., FERC) is a plus
Proven ability to bring or develop a portable practice and existing client relationships
