Apply in confidence →Senior transactional partner role for an established Los Angeles practice focused on energy (including renewables), maritime-related projects, construction and tax aspects of complex infrastructure work. The role advises commercial and regulatory matters across project development, financing and contract negotiations.
The firm is seeking a partner with substantial experience leading teams, developing client relationships and handling cross-disciplinary matters that span energy, construction/maritime and tax/regulatory issues. This is a partner-level, rainmaking role with responsibility for originating and managing client work.
- Partner-level transactional experience in energy, renewable energy, maritime or construction matters, with familiarity of tax and regulatory issues.
- Proven track record of client origination, business development and leading deal teams; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
- Licensed to practice in California (or eligible to obtain admission) and experience managing cross-border or complex multi-jurisdictional matters preferred.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; experience with regulatory permitting and compliance is a plus.
