The team advises on federal and state tax issues affecting energy companies and projects; the partner will work closely with deal teams and across practice groups to provide practical, commercially-focused solutions.

Applicants should be comfortable developing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcomed.

Proven partner-level experience in energy tax or closely related tax practice.
Deep knowledge of federal and state tax law as it applies to energy transactions and projects.
Strong client development and relationship-management record; portable practice preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with transactional, regulatory, and finance teams.
