Partner — Energy, Tax & Maritime (Pittsburgh)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established practice in Pittsburgh focusing on energy, environmental, tax, maritime and construction matters. The role will involve a mix of transactional, regulatory and advisory work across renewable energy, oil & gas, infrastructure and maritime sectors.

The successful candidate will lead engagements, develop client relationships, and work collaboratively with cross-practice teams on complex deals and regulatory matters. Significant tax and regulatory experience that complements energy and maritime work is valued.

Portable business is welcomed; the firm is looking for a partner who can both service existing relationships and build new business in the region.

• Established partner-level experience in energy and related sectors (renewables, oil & gas, infrastructure, maritime or construction).
• Strong tax and regulatory background applicable to energy transactions and projects.
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
• Admissions and credentials appropriate for lead partner responsibilities; excellent drafting, negotiation and team leadership skills.
