Partner, Energy Tax — Research Triangle Park

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an Energy Tax practice in Research Triangle Park. The role focuses on federal and state tax matters for clients across the energy sector, including transactional counseling and tax controversy support.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced team and be expected to handle complex tax issues, collaborate with transactional and regulatory colleagues, and help expand the regional energy tax offering. Portable practice and client relationships are welcome.

• Established partner with substantial experience in U.S. federal and state energy tax matters
• Proven track record on transactional tax work and/or tax controversies for energy-sector clients
• Ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice preferred
• Active U.S. bar admission and strong professional references
