National law firm is seeking a seasoned lateral partner (or small partner team) to join its transactional energy practice. The role focuses on corporate and finance matters across traditional and renewable energy sectors, including project development and M&A.

Ideal candidates will have an established, portable transactional energy practice and a track record advising sponsors, developers, and lenders on project finance, oil & gas, and renewables matters. This is an opportunity to lead and grow a market-facing practice within a well-resourced platform.

Partner-level experience in transactional energy matters (M&A, project finance, corporate/finance)
Proven track record in oil & gas and/or renewable energy transactions
Experience leading deal teams and originating business; portable practice preferred
Strong commercial client-facing skills and ability to develop new business
