Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a Charleston-based environmental and regulatory practice. The role focuses on environmental regulatory counseling, compliance matters, and permitting-related work, with experience in California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) matters desirable.

The partner will originate and manage matters, cultivate client relationships, and work across regional and national teams to deliver regulatory and compliance solutions. This is an opportunity to shape practice strategy, mentor junior lawyers, and grow a portable book of business.

Established partner with significant experience in environmental law, regulatory counseling, and compliance matters
Practical knowledge of environmental permitting and CEQA or similar regulatory regimes preferred
Proven record of business development and client relationship management; portable practice welcome
Leadership experience, including supervising associates and contributing to practice development
