Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an environmental and regulatory practice in the Charlotte office of a highly regarded law firm. The role focuses on counseling clients on environmental compliance, permitting, and regulatory matters across public and private sectors.

The successful candidate will handle complex environmental matters, supervise junior lawyers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the firm. CEQA or comparable state environmental review experience is desired.

Established partner with a demonstrated environmental/regulatory practice
Experience in environmental compliance, permitting, and regulatory counseling; CEQA or similar experience preferred
Proven ability to manage and mentor associates and work cross-functionally
Portable client relationships or demonstrable business development capability preferred
