Leading regional law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Environmental and Compliance & Regulatory practice in Fort Worth. The role focuses on counseling clients on environmental regulatory matters, permitting, and compliance risk management across public- and private-sector matters.

The hire will lead and develop client relationships, manage matters from intake through resolution, and work with cross-practice teams on complex regulatory issues. Candidates with experience advising on environmental review and permitting processes are particularly encouraged to apply.

Established partner with a portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships.
Substantial experience in environmental regulatory work and compliance counseling; experience with environmental review/permitting regimes (CEQA experience desired) is a plus.
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to practice in Texas or willing to seek admission.
Strong project management skills and experience supervising junior lawyers and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
