Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its environmental and compliance/regulatory practice in Miami. The role focuses on environmental regulatory matters and compliance counseling for corporate and governmental clients.

Ideal candidates will have significant partner-level experience, a track record advising on environmental regulatory frameworks, and familiarity with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) matters is desirable. The position offers opportunity to lead engagements, develop client relationships, and grow a regional practice.

Established partner-level background in environmental law, regulatory counseling, or compliance.
Experience with environmental regulatory matters; CEQA experience is a plus.
Proven ability to originate or bring portable client relationships.
Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills; active bar admission required.
