The team seeks an experienced partner to lead and grow a practice with an emphasis on environmental law, including CEQA matters. The role combines substantive legal work with client development and practice management responsibilities.

Established partner-level experience in environmental law, regulatory compliance, and permitting.
Practical experience with CEQA or comparable environmental review regimes preferred.
Proven client-development skills and ability to lead matters and mentor junior lawyers.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and capacity to practice in California.
