Law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow an environmental, land and natural resources practice in Nashville. The role focuses on advising clients on environmental regulatory compliance, permitting, and related transactional and litigation matters.

Ideal candidate will have deep experience in environmental regulatory regimes and demonstrated experience with CEQA-style matters. The partner will manage matters, develop client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and help expand the practice locally and regionally.

Established partner-level experience in environmental law, regulatory compliance, and land/natural resources matters
Experience with CEQA or analogous state environmental review regimes preferred
Proven ability to lead matters, supervise teams, and develop client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
