The role focuses on environmental law, regulatory counseling, and permitting matters, with opportunities to advise clients across government and private sectors.

Ideal for a seasoned environmental lawyer with demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance and land/natural-resources matters; experience with CEQA-style environmental review or similar processes is desirable. The role offers a leadership position, client development responsibilities, and collaboration with national practice teams.

Established partner-level environmental/compliance practice with significant regulatory experience
Track record advising on environmental permitting, land & natural-resources matters; CEQA or comparable experience preferred
Strong client-development skills; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in North Carolina (or eligibility)
