Growing environmental and regulatory practice seeks a partner to lead and expand work from the Wilmington office. The role focuses on environmental regulatory counseling, permitting, and land and natural resources matters, with an emphasis on California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) experience preferred.

The position is practice-facing and client-driven: you will advise regulated entities on compliance, permitting strategies, and environmental risk mitigation, while supervising junior lawyers and coordinating cross-office resources.

Established partner with substantial experience in environmental law, regulatory permitting, and land/natural-resources matters.
Direct experience with CEQA matters strongly preferred.
Proven track record of client development and ability to manage and grow a practice; portable client relationships welcome.
Experience supervising associates and working collaboratively across practice groups.
