Established partner with a demonstrable environmental litigation practice and trial or arbitration experience.
Proven track record in complex enforcement, regulatory and energy-related disputes.
Strong relationships with corporate or institutional clients and ability to develop business in the Bay Area market; portable book of business welcomed.
Admission to practice in California or eligibility to become admitted.
