Seeking a partner to lead and grow a DC-based practice focused on environmental matters arising in government-related and public/private real estate contexts. The role will combine client development, deal leadership and team management across environmental compliance, transactional and regulatory matters.

The team advises on environmental issues connected to real estate development, permitting and transactional diligence, with work that frequently intersects government stakeholders and public-private project structures. The firm is looking for an entrepreneurial partner able to originate work and expand a portable practice in the region.

Established partner-level environmental and real estate practice with demonstrable track record of origination and client relationships.
Experience advising on environmental compliance, permitting, due diligence and transactional risk in government-related or public/private projects.
Proven ability to lead deal teams, manage matters end-to-end, and collaborate with real estate and regulatory colleagues.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated history of business development and growing a portable practice.
