Partner — Environmental & Regulatory Compliance, Palo Alto

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an environmental and regulatory compliance practice from the firm’s Palo Alto office. The role focuses on advising clients on environmental law, regulatory strategy, and compliance risk management across public- and private-sector matters.

Ideal candidates will have substantive experience with California environmental regimes (CEQA experience desired), a track record of developing and maintaining client relationships, and the ability to supervise teams and cross-practice matters. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination capability is welcome.

• Partner-level experience in environmental law, regulatory matters, and compliance counseling
• Experience with California environmental regimes; CEQA experience preferred
• Proven business development and client relationship skills; portable practice welcomed
• Ability to manage and mentor associates and collaborate across practice groups
• Admission to practice in California (or ability to become admitted)
