Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an environmental and regulatory practice in the Orange County market. The role will focus on environmental compliance, regulatory counseling and permitting matters, with an emphasis on state and local environmental review processes.

Ideal candidates will have deep experience advising clients on environmental law and regulatory compliance, including California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) matters. This is an opportunity to join a full-service practice group and build a portable practice while working with a multidisciplinary team.

Established partner with substantive environmental and regulatory practice experience.
Proven experience handling CEQA and other state/local environmental review and permitting matters (preferred).
Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience working with cross-disciplinary teams.
