Partner — Environmental & Regulatory (Research Triangle Park)

Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Environmental and Compliance & Regulatory practice in Research Triangle Park. The role focuses on advising clients on environmental law, regulatory compliance, and land and natural resources matters.

The team handles a mix of regulatory counseling, permitting, and environmental due diligence across public and private sector clients. The hire will work alongside experienced practitioners on complex CEQA-related and state-level environmental matters.

• Established partner with a demonstrated environmental/regulatory practice
• Experience with environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, and land/natural resources matters; CEQA experience desired
• Proven origination or portable client relationships preferred
• Strong technical and client-facing skills; admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
