Senior partner-level role for an experienced finance and corporate lawyer based in Frankfurt. The position focuses on advising banks, asset managers and investment funds on transactional and regulatory matters across finance, asset management and investment management.

The team seeks a lawyer who can lead matters, develop client relationships, and grow a portable practice. This is a senior hire with responsibility for originating work and mentoring more junior lawyers within an established practice.

Established partner/counsel with significant experience in finance, asset management and investment management work.
Proven track record on transactional and/or regulatory matters for financial institutions and asset managers.
Commercial originator with an existing portable client base or demonstrable ability to generate new business.
Strong leadership and team management skills; able to mentor associates and run client engagements.
