Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Riyadh office to strengthen a growing finance and capital markets practice. The role will focus on cross-border and domestic financing transactions and securities work for corporate and financial institution clients in the region.

The successful candidate will handle complex financings and capital markets mandates, support business development efforts, and collaborate with international teams on regional matters. This is a visible role with client-facing responsibility and opportunities to shape the practice locally.

Applicants should have an established partner-level track record in finance and capital markets and be able to bring or develop a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in project, acquisition or corporate lending and capital markets work
Proven track record of leading transactions and managing client relationships
Demonstrable business development ability and a portable practice or pipeline
Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills; experience on cross-border transactions
