Leading, well-established law firm is seeking a lateral Partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Boston. The role will focus on delivering high-value banking, finance and capital markets work and leading deal teams across U.S. and cross-border transactions.

The firm is open to candidates located nationwide and welcomes conversations with established partners who can bring a portable practice. This is an opportunity to take on client-facing originations, mentor junior lawyers, and shape practice strategy within a busy commercial finance group.

Established partner-level background in finance/banking and capital markets transactions
Proven track record of client origination and relationship management; portable practice preferred
Experience leading deal teams and supervising junior lawyers
Licensed or eligible to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
