Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking and Securities team in the Boston market. The role focuses on capital markets and transactional securities work for corporate and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will lead deal execution, manage client relationships and contribute to business development efforts across the capital markets practice. This is a partner-level role where a portable client base and demonstrated ability to win and grow work are valued.

Proven partner-level capital markets / securities practice, with significant transactional experience
Track record of originating and managing client engagements; ability to bring or expand client relationships
Strong technical knowledge of securities laws, capital markets transactions and related documentation
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts or able to obtain admission; excellent drafting and deal-management skills
