Senior finance partner opportunity with a well-established, national US law firm seeking a market-facing partner to join its Dallas finance and capital markets team. The role focuses on leading complex lending and capital markets transactions across industry verticals, working with deal teams and internal industry groups.

The firm is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice who can originate and grow client relationships. This is a practice-build role with significant client-facing responsibility and opportunities to collaborate with cross-office teams.

Established partner with substantial transactional finance and capital markets experience (loan financings, securities offerings, or related work streams)
Demonstrated origination and client-management skills; portable book of business welcomed
Proven ability to lead deal teams and collaborate across industry groups
Active JD and licensure in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (or eligibility to transfer)
Strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and a business development focus
