Senior hire to lead and grow a capital markets practice within a top-tier finance team in Munich. The role will focus on advising on a broad range of debt and equity capital markets transactions for domestic and international issuers and lenders.

This is a front‑facing partner role with responsibility for originating and running deals, developing client relationships across sectors, and contributing to team strategy and business development. The firm offers strong international coordination and support for cross-border work.

Portable practice/business welcome; the position is suited to a partner with an established capital markets origination capability who can both manage complex transactions and mentor more junior lawyers.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practise in Germany (or equivalent EU qualification) with significant capital markets experience.
Proven track record of leading public and private capital markets transactions (debt and/or equity) and advising corporate and financial institution clients.
Demonstrable origination ability and a portable practice or client relationships appropriate for a partner role.
Strong commercial skills, excellent drafting and negotiating ability, and experience managing deal teams.
