The team handles a mix of syndicated and bilateral lending, asset-based and cash-flow financings, and capital-markets matters. The firm is open to discussing partners nationwide and is particularly interested in candidates with an established, portable practice aligned to industry-focused banking work.

Established partner-level finance/banking practice with significant transactional experience
Proven experience in lending, capital markets or structured finance matters
Portable book of business preferred; interest in candidates with an industry-aligned client base
Demonstrated client development, business generation and team leadership skills
Admission in Illinois or ability to obtain admission (or willingness to work with local counsel)
