Experienced finance and banking partner opportunity in Chicago with a well-established, full-service international firm. The role focuses on leading and growing banking and finance workstreams across commercial lending, syndicated financings and related transactions.

The firm is seeking a senior partner who can bring strong client relationships and help expand the practice in the Midwest market. The position involves client origination, matter leadership and mentoring associates within a collaborative team.

Proven partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions (syndicated lending, commercial lending, asset-based lending, or similar).
Track record of business development and client relationship management; portable practice or book of business desirable.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work from the Chicago office.
Experience supervising associates and leading deal teams; excellent commercial judgment and communication skills.
