Leading German law firm is seeking an experienced partner to join and help lead its Finance & Banking practice in Cologne. The role focuses on advising banks, lenders and corporate borrowers on a range of banking and finance matters.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in originating and executing transactions, developing client relationships and growing a team. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate business is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions.
Proven track record of client development and relationship management; portable practice welcomed.
Strong technical skills in debt finance and related documentation.
Fluency in German and English preferred; ability to lead a team and mentor junior lawyers.
