This position is for an experienced partner able to lead deals, manage client relationships and collaborate across global offices. The hiring team welcomes candidates with an established investment/asset-management practice and a proven track record of originating and executing transactions.

Established partner with a demonstrable track record in asset management and investment-management transactions.
Deep experience across finance and corporate matters, including fund-facing transactions and regulatory aspects.
Strong client relationship skills and ability to originate work; a portable practice is welcomed but no minimum book is required.
Qualified in the UK (or able to practice in England & Wales) with significant partner-level experience.
