Leading international law firm seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking and Corporate teams in Austin. The role will focus on matters for asset managers and investment management clients, including fund-related financing and general corporate work for investment vehicles and sponsors.

The team handles cross-disciplinary finance and corporate work for institutional clients; the successful candidate will lead transactions, develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice is welcome but not required.

Established partner-level experience in finance, banking or corporate work, with a focus on asset management / investment management.
Proven track record of leading financings and corporate transactions and managing deal teams.
Strong client relationship and business development skills; ability to originate and grow client work.
Licensed or able to be licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s).
