Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established finance and corporate practice in Baltimore. The role focuses on private credit, fund-related financings, corporate finance and bank-side transactions across domestic and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will lead originations and executions, work closely with partners across practice groups, and help grow a portable practice. This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced deal lawyer looking to expand an existing client base within a market-focused team.

Proven partner- or senior associate-level experience in finance and banking transactions, including private credit and fund financings
Track record of originating and executing corporate finance and banking matters
Strong client relationship, business development and team leadership skills; portable book of business preferred
Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and admission to practice in the United States
