The team handles sophisticated, high-value matters and looks for a partner who can lead deals, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice growth. Portable practice is welcomed; the firm emphasizes technical excellence and origination ability over a fixed book-size requirement.

Partner-level experience in finance and/or corporate transactions, with significant work in asset or investment management.
Proven ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships; originations or a portable practice are valued.
Strong project management and team leadership, with experience mentoring associates.
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
