Senior transactional partner role in a busy Finance & Banking and Corporate practice based in Des Moines. The role will involve originating and leading complex finance, investment management and corporate mandates, working with an established commercial team.

The firm seeks a partner who can develop client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and drive business development locally and regionally. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination capability is welcome.

Proven partner-level experience in finance, investment/asset management or corporate transactions
Track record of originating or maintaining client relationships and leading deal teams
Strong leadership and business development skills; ability to mentor associates
License to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
