Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Finance & Corporate team in Florham Park. The role focuses on investment management and asset-management work across fund formation, investment vehicles and related corporate and financing matters.

The successful candidate will have a visible, client-facing practice and will help grow the group’s platform — taking lead on engagements, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating across practices on complex transactions.

Established partner-level experience in finance, corporate transactions and investment/asset management matters
Proven client-development skills and the ability to originate and manage engagements; a portable practice/book of business is welcome
Strong technical drafting and transactional experience; capable of leading teams on complex deals
Bar admission in New Jersey or willingness to obtain it; US-qualified counsel preferred
