Leading German practice seeks an experienced partner to strengthen its Frankfurt finance and corporate offering, with a focus on asset and investment management work. The role combines client-facing origination, deal execution and practice development in a busy, market-facing team.

The successful candidate will have a track record of advising institutional clients and fund managers on investment‑management and related financing matters, and will play a senior role on transactions and regulatory matters. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice and is flexible on the level of an existing book of business.

Partner-level experience in finance, asset management or investment management work.
Proven client development and ability to bring or grow client relationships (portable practice welcome).
Strong transactional and regulatory experience relevant to funds and investment managers.
Fluency in German and English; admitted to practice in Germany or equivalent qualification.
Ability to lead and mentor a team and contribute to business development.
