Established partner with a proven track record in finance and corporate transactions, ideally with experience in asset or investment management.
Demonstrable ability to originate and develop client work and to lead deal teams.
Experience working on cross-border transactions and with institutional clients.
Excellent commercial judgment and team leadership skills; admission/qualification in relevant jurisdiction preferred.
