The team is commercially focused and opportunistic across asset finance and corporate litigation, offering senior lawyers a platform to grow revenue, lead matters and collaborate with specialists across the US.

Proven partner-level experience in asset-backed finance, finance transactions and related corporate matters; comfort handling or overseeing commercial litigation connected to financings
Portable book of business or demonstrable origination pipeline preferred
Strong client relationships and business development capability
Active admission in New York or eligibility to be admitted
Track record of leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
