London office of a large international firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its finance and corporate practice, with a focus on asset and investment management matters. The role combines deal‑leading responsibility with business development across fund, investment management and related corporate financing work.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role in the team, working on cross‑border transactions and advising institutional clients. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability in asset/investment management will be valued.

Partner-level experience in finance, banking or corporate transactional work
Proven expertise in asset management and investment management matters
Track record of originating business / managing client relationships (portable practice desirable)
Experience leading teams and mentoring senior associates
Admission to practise in the UK (or equivalent) and ability to work on cross‑border matters
