Partner — Finance & Banking & Corporate, Los Angeles

Senior finance partner role in a major Los Angeles office, covering finance and corporate matters. The team advises on private credit, fund-backed financing, asset finance and bank-side transactions for institutional and corporate clients.

We are seeking a lateral partner to build and lead originations and client engagements across private credit, corporate finance and banking matters. The role involves client development, cross-practice collaboration and mentoring more junior lawyers.

• Established partner-level experience in finance and banking, with a demonstrable track record on private credit, fund or asset finance matters.
• Proven client-development and origination skills; experience managing and expanding a portable practice preferred.
• Strong technical skills in corporate finance and banking transactions; ability to lead deals and supervise teams.
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to be admitted; excellent communication and business-development capabilities.
