Top-tier international firm seeks a partner to join its Paris finance and corporate practice. The role focuses on advising asset managers and investment management clients on a range of transactions and regulatory matters.

Successful candidates will lead mandates, work closely with teams across Europe, and help develop the practice in the Paris market. The team handles complex cross-border matters and regularly coordinates with other practice groups.

Portable client relationships are welcomed but the firm is principally looking for strong commercial lawyers who can contribute at partner level to deal execution, client relationship management and business development.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and/or corporate work with a focus on asset management or investment management.
Track record of leading transactions and advising sophisticated institutional clients.
Strong commercial judgment, client-management and business development skills.
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and working on cross-border matters.
