Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Philadelphia finance and corporate team. The role will focus on representing lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers across private credit, fund finance, corporate finance and bank financing matters.

Ideal candidate will have a portable commercial practice and proven client relationships across private equity-backed transactions, credit facilities and asset-based financings. The position offers partner-level responsibility for originating business, managing deal teams and advising on complex financings.

Established partner-level finance/banking practice with experience in private credit, fund finance, corporate finance and/or bank lending
Demonstrable client relationships and a track record of originating or growing business
Experience leading transactions and supervising associates on complex financings
Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania or eligible for admission; JD and relevant banking/finance credentials
