Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Princeton office to grow a cross‑practice finance and corporate practice focused on investment and asset management matters. The role combines client work, business development and practice leadership in a collaborative, office‑level platform.

The partner will advise institutional and sponsor clients on a range of fund, investment management and corporate finance matters, lead deal teams, and help expand client relationships in the region. This is a visible role with expectations for originating and managing significant client engagements.

Partner-level experience in finance/banking and corporate transactions, with particular experience in investment/asset management.
Demonstrated ability to originate business and manage a portable book of business.
Track record leading deal teams and supervising junior lawyers.
Active admission to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and strong client relationships.
