Seeking a partner to join a busy New York practice handling financing, corporate and securities matters. The role will involve leading transactions and advising private equity, venture capital and capital-markets clients across a range of industries.

This is a partner-level opening for an attorney with a proven track record of originating and closing deals, managing teams and maintaining senior client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development pipeline is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in finance, corporate and securities work, with emphasis on private equity, venture capital or capital markets
Proven deal leadership and team management on complex transactions
Strong client-development record; portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred
Admission to the New York bar (or ability to obtain) and strong academic and professional references
