Senior partner-level opening in Raleigh for an attorney with a strong finance, corporate and securities practice. The role will lead deal work across private equity, venture capital and capital markets matters and work with a broad, national client base.

The firm seeks a hands-on rainmaker who will both handle sophisticated transactions and help grow the local practice. The team works on cross-border and domestic financings, corporate buyouts and securities offerings alongside other practice groups.

This is a partnership opportunity for an experienced practitioner with a portable practice and a track record of originating and managing complex matters.

Established partner with significant experience in finance, corporate and securities transactions
Proven portable practice or demonstrable business development track record
Experience with private equity, venture capital and/or capital markets matters
Strong leadership, client relationship and deal-management skills
Active bar admission in the U.S.; strong academic and professional references
