Leading US law firm seeks a partner to join its Finance & Banking and Corporate practice in Sioux Falls. The role focuses on transactional work across finance, banking and related corporate matters, including funds, private credit, asset finance and bank-related deals.

The partner will lead complex transactions, manage client relationships, and work closely with local and national teams to grow the practice. The position offers the opportunity to build or bring a portable practice and to mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions and related corporate work
Proven track record in matters such as funds/private credit, asset finance or bank finance
Strong client development and relationship-management skills; ability to cultivate a portable book of business
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to qualify
