Senior partner-level role within the finance and corporate teams of a well‑regarded German law firm based in Stuttgart. The role focuses on transactional and advisory work across funds, asset management and investment management matters.

The successful hire will lead client relationships, develop business in the asset/investment management space and work with a cross-practice team on complex financings and corporate transactions. This is an office‑based leadership role with significant client-facing responsibility.

Established partner or equivalent with significant experience in finance, banking and corporate work, ideally with a focus on asset/investment management.
Proven track record of originating and managing client matters; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is desirable.
Strong transactional experience (funds, investment vehicles, financing structures) and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
Fluent German and strong English commercial/legal drafting and negotiation skills.
