Seeking a lateral partner to join a national finance & banking practice based in Denver. The role will focus on leading and growing finance-focused engagements, advising institutional and corporate clients on a broad range of lending and financing matters.

The team values senior-level business development and relationship management; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable book of business will be strongly considered. This is a partner-track leadership role within a well-established, multi-office U.S. firm.

Admission to the relevant state bar and eligibility to practice in the U.S.
Established partner-track finance & banking practice with significant transactional experience.
Proven track record of client origination and relationship development; a portable practice is welcome.
Strong commercial judgment, leadership skills, and the ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers.
