Leading German law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Frankfurt finance & banking team. The role focuses on advising banks, lenders and borrowers on financing transactions and related regulatory matters across domestic and cross‑border mandates.

The team offers a platform for a partner with an established practice to lead deal execution, develop client relationships and contribute to business development. The firm supports partners integrating a portable practice and will consider candidates with varying book of business sizes.

Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany (or equivalently qualified for collaboration in Germany)
Proven partner-level track record in banking and finance transactions (loan structuring, syndicated lending, acquisition finance and/or regulatory work)
Portable client relationships and demonstrable business development capability welcomed
Fluent English and German, strong client-facing and leadership skills
