Leading law firm seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Geneva. The role focuses on advising lenders and borrowers on a range of financing matters and contributing to a busy transactional practice.

The firm is looking for an experienced, market-facing lawyer able to develop and manage relationships and bring a portable practice. This is a hands-on partner role with responsibility for originating work, supervising junior lawyers and driving business development across Switzerland.

Established partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong technical skills in lending and finance documentation and deal execution.
Ability to lead and mentor junior team members and contribute to business development in Geneva/Switzerland.
